Saturday, May 23, 2009 National HIV/AIDS Support Group Launch

The Better Way Foundation has introduced the First National HIV/AIDS Online Support Group run by positive individuals who care to help those with HIV live longer, better, healthier lives.

After living with this epidemic since 2003, I have seen the inadequacies nationwide, and mostly we lack support from our community, our family, but more importantly from each other. This organization is working to change all that.

Individuals must be HIV Positive to become a member. Membership will be approved and monitored to ensure people are not trying to infiltrate the groups to start or cause problems. Every member has total privacy. They can add their pictures, groups, music, blogs, feelings, videos and so much more. Plus free email, personalized My Page, and Free Live Chat.

It's time to bring down the walls of silence and emerge from the shadows. People with HIV/AIDS, I call upon you. I recruit you to join this Positive Living Social Network and become part of the solution. Every voice counts. So many need to hear from others; "I've been there" or "I know what your going through" This site offers the people of this country who are living with HIV/AIDS access to information about medicine, answer their questions, debunk myths and stigma and most importantly lend someone your life and your experiences living with this disease.

The time has come to act now. I recruit you to join the new era of social network support for those living with HIV/AIDS.

Join Today. If you or someone you know is living with HIV/AIDS, please pass this email along to them. No one should ever have to go it alone. We can help give people purpose and get the people living with HIV/AIDS throughout this country a sense of unity.
